About Boongarust
Boongarust watches every public Rust server, so you do not have to.
Boongarust pulls the public Rust server list every five minutes. We take the Steam data: names, player counts, queues and the tags servers publish. Then we ask each server directly for more: map seed, FPS, entity count. Not all of them answer, so some show only the basics.
What we do with it: track player counts over time, log wipes, rank servers and keep the history. That means you can spot a fresh wipe, find a busy server in your region or filter by group limit without joining dead ones first. The full list is at all Rust servers, and the busiest right now are on the Rust server browser. If you just want what wiped recently, the just wiped list is where to look.
Rankings use players over the past week, hour by hour. A server that stays busy every day beats one that spikes for a single evening after a wipe. Lists are ordered by player count, never by payment. We are independent, built by Rust players, and not affiliated with Facepunch Studios. Nothing here is endorsed by them. Server names, descriptions and images belong to the people who run those servers.
Everything comes from what servers publish. If your server looks wrong, the fix is usually in its own settings and changes appear within about five minutes. If not, email hello@boongarust.org.
